4 STEPS TO A LEAN, TONED, HEALTHY AND FIT BODY

If you are thinking of hiring a personal trainer, follow these 4 steps.

STEP #4: SET UP AN INITIAL CONSULT. Once you’re satisfied that you’re working with an honest, competent professional, set up an initial consult to see how it feels working with the personal trainer.
