Fix Back Pain For Good Using Ian’s Back Pain Relief4Life Program

‘Hey, what’s going on? It’s Ian Hart here and I’m on live in one of my locations here in Beaufort, South Carolina. And today I want to talk to you about pain and specifically back pain and how we can fix it for good. Right now you might be sitting there on your computer and if you’re watching this, you could possibly be dealing with pain. And the truth is probably almost a hundred percent of the population at some point in their time will be dealing with back pain. Right now as it shows about 80% of the percent of the people will definitely deal with back pain. So we want to take some measures to prevent it and also get rid of it. And in a few seconds I’m going to show you one specific movement that I think will help you and hopefully give you relief. So 80% of the population will at sometime deal with back pain and it’s skyrocketing in the ages above 65 and in the last CDC study they did between 2010 and 2013 the numbers skyrocketed.

As people above 65 having increase in pain. So what I’m going to do is I’m going to show you right now in this pain that they’re there, you or whoever is dealing with is typically like a nagging, stabbing, irritating pain in the lower back, sometimes stemming from the hips as well. This movement that I’m going to show you will help give you relief hopefully, and if it does, I’d love for you to leave a comment below. I’ll leave a link around here, either in the comments or above so you can click and see if it’s something that you think would help you out. So right now I’m going to get down into this position. If you’re suffering from back pain, getting up and down can be debilitating.

So I want to show you the correct way to do it. If you see how I get in this position, I’m going to get come down into this position. If I need to use a bench or something to put my hand on for support, I’m going to slowly bring my hand down, keeping my back straight, supporting my back, supporting my spine, getting down on my hip to my elbow and then slowly laying down and again using my elbows to dissipate the force. Okay from here in this position, you can find a pillow or a ball just like I’m doing and it’s best if you’re on a firm surface. You can do this on your bed, but I’d rather have a firm surface. If your bed is very soft, then we want to stay away from that. Okay, what we’re going to do here is start in this starting position, hands firm on the ground.

We’re going to engage our abs before we even start and then from here we’re going to be slowly pulling the knee into the chest, activating the abs, feeling a slight stretch in the lower back, very slow and controlled. From here, we’re going to do a semi-circle out to side, keeping the foot close to the inner thigh and then forward and rotate. And we’re going to repeat this for eight repetitions and then we’re going to switch to the other side. So if you notice as I pull back, I’m going to slightly tilt the pelvis here. I’m going to rotate out and then repeat. (please see the video) So what I’d like you to do is about 3 sets of 8 repetitions and see what happens to your lower back.
