Omega 3 Fatty Acids: What Can They Do For You?



Hey, many people have heard of the Mediterranean diet and how it’s extremely good for the body, for longevity of life and one of the main things that they’re getting a ton of is Omega 3 fatty acids and Omega 3 fatty acids have numerous health properties. I’m just gonna run through the list here. And I don’t have it off the top of my head, but it helps with cardiovascular health by lowering blood pressure, cholesterol, plaque build up in the arteries and the chance of having a heart attack or stroke. That one is pretty big, right? So a lot of people aren’t getting the Omega 3s they need. It stabilizes blood sugar levels, preventing diabetes, reducing muscle bone and joint pain by lowering inflammation.
